Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We provide a 5 day grace period. Beginning the 6th of the month late fees will accrue daily in the amount of 1% of the overdue balance, not to exceed 5%.

Yes, rent can be paid online through your secure resident portal. You can also set up recurring payments there so you do not have to worry about payments for future months.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through your secure resident portal.

It is the residents responsibility to maintain their rental home. For extenuating issues, you can certainly submit a maintenance request. However, you may be billed for the request, or charged a deductible. Please review your lease agreement to see what applies to your rental property.
